This role is an LA based remote role, with occasional office visits in our LA office.
Overview
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and auditing payroll for over 1000 employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with both federal and state regulations as well as company policies. You will handle all aspects of payroll processing, from new hires and employee changes to terminations, and be a vital resource for resolving payroll inquiries. In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, assist with audits, and provide accounting-level support to the Finance department.

We are a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($70,900 - $95,000) . Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. You will also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as seen below.
