Mercer is seeking a Senior Data Analytics & Insights Specialist to join their Indirect Sales team in Louisville, KY. This hybrid role requires turning data into actionable intelligence to drive growth. The specialist will measure performance, understand customer behavior, and inform go-to-market strategy by partnering with marketing and commercial leaders. Responsibilities include building dashboards, uncovering insights, and recommending actions to impact pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement, focusing on improving response, increasing conversion rates, and driving new sales.

  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations.
  • Define KPIs, identify performance trends, and provide customer insights from campaign and customer data.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • Experience with MarTech tools (Google Analytics, Webtrends, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • 5+ years in marketing/sales analytics or business intelligence.
  • Strong skills with data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik).
  • Proficiency in Excel/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into stories that influence decisions.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Indirect Sales team at Mercer. This role will be based in Louisville, KY. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analytics & Insights Specialist who can turn data into actionable intelligence that drives growth. This role is at the center of how we measure performance, understand customer behavior, and inform go-to-market strategy. You’ll partner closely with marketing and commercial leaders to build dashboards, uncover insights, and recommend actions that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.

We will count on you to:

  • The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with strong analytical skills who can translate complex marketing and sales data into clear insights, build compelling dashboards, and partner to drive smarter, revenue-focused decisions.
  • You will gather and analyze campaign, channel, and customer data from various sources to understand campaign performance, audience targeting, media mix, and buying behaviors.
  • Your goal is to provide insights and recommendations that improve response, increase conversion rate, and drive new sales.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations
  • Dive deep into campaign and customer data to define KPI’s, identify performance trends, and provide customer insights

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
