The Payments Platform Tax & Monetization (PPTM) team is responsible for designing and building eBay’s next generation payments platform. Our goal is to create exceptional customer experiences that enable buyers and sellers to connect and transact seamlessly across the world’s largest marketplace. We’re a collaborative team of analytical thinkers and innovators focused on building secure, scalable, and efficient payment systems that power global commerce.
We’re looking for an exceptional, motivated, and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in finance, payments and business analytics to join our team. In this role, you’ll bring curiosity, analytical rigor, identify trends, and define business requirements. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and external organizations to enhance operational efficiency, drive platform innovation, and support business operations and product improvements that elevate the customer experience.
You will also manage the day-to-day operations of our vendor portals and payment accounts, including compliance and audit readiness. Drawing on your global eCommerce payments experience and analytical acumen, you will translate insights into actionable recommendations and well-defined business solutions that support sustainable growth.
