Job Summary

eBay is seeking a Content Creator passionate about social media to transform ideas into engaging videos, reels, photos, and stories. This role involves owning the full content creation process from concept to publishing across various channels, collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and events. The ideal candidate is a positive, self-driven creator with a strong understanding of social trends, fashion, design, and secondhand culture, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and excited about creating authentic, relevant content.

Must Have

  • Create and coordinate content across social and marketing channels to support campaigns, product launches and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with commercial and advertising teams to plan and execute campaigns that increase engagement, conversion and brand visibility.
  • Lead key planning meetings to ensure clear priorities, alignment and well-structured content plans for upcoming weeks and months.
  • Review and approve content from other creators to maintain consistency, quality, tone and visual identity across all channels.
  • Produce and manage paid advertisements and push notifications, optimizing for engagement, conversions and campaign alignment.
  • Track and analyze social media performance monthly, summarizing key insights and learnings to improve content based on results.
  • Studies in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience creating content for social platforms.
  • Strong filming and editing skills, with a good feel for trends and what performs well online.
  • Basic experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop/Figma (or a willingness to learn).
  • Ability to create high-quality video content and confidence appearing on camera when needed.
  • Ability to design and produce engaging graphic and visual content.

We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social. Someone who can turn ideas into videos, reels, photos and stories that stop the scroll. You’ll own the full creation process: concepting, filming, editing and publishing across our channels. You’ll work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events and community moments, bringing a fresh point of view on what’s trending and what connects.
