Must Have

• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive daily implementation by tracking progress, managing dependencies and risks, and resolving blockers.
• Maintain central implementation artifacts like project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, and status updates.
• Moderate operational work routines such as execution check-ins, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncs.
• Support launch readiness and capture execution learnings to continuously improve playbooks and delivery standards.
• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, program, or project management, or highly execution-oriented operations roles.
• Strong execution focus and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Data and metrics-oriented approach with proficiency in dashboards, reports, and delivery KPIs.
• Clear, pragmatic communication skills and ability to build alignment without formal authority.
• Very good English and German language skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a PMO Program Manager who will support the implementation and coordination of cross-functional initiatives at eBay Live. The role is anchored in the PMO, reports to the Lead PMO, and works very closely with Program Owners to translate strategy into structured plans, track progress, and ensure execution momentum as the business scales.

Your Responsibilities

• You work closely with program and operations managers to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• You drive daily implementation by tracking progress, managing dependencies and risks, and actively resolving blockers.
• You maintain central implementation artifacts such as project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, and status updates.
• You moderate operational work routines such as execution check-ins, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncs.
• You support launch readiness and capture execution learnings to continuously improve playbooks and delivery standards.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, program, or project management or in highly execution-oriented operations roles.
• A strong execution focus and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Very good organizational skills and experience in managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• A data and metrics-oriented way of working with proficiency in handling dashboards, reports, and delivery KPIs.
• Clear, pragmatic communication skills and the ability to achieve alignment without formal authority.
• Very good English and German language skills are mandatory.
