Job Summary

The Game Operation Coordinator will be responsible for global/Japanese game community strategy and execution across platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Discord, and TikTok. This includes user management, developing long-term user ecosystem plans, defining official account positioning, managing content publishing, and planning overall columns. The role involves creating long-term official development documentaries and in-depth producer interviews, co-creating PUGC content, fostering a positive official account atmosphere, and driving fan growth strategies based on product features and overseas player insights. Additionally, the coordinator will establish a data evaluation system to identify popular content and build a high-quality account content ecosystem. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in Japanese community operation, be proficient in Chinese and Japanese, understand Japanese user media habits, possess excellent content strategy and copywriting skills, and be familiar with FPS games.

Must Have

Job Description

What the Role Entails

1. Responsible for global/Japanese game community strategy and execution, including YouTube/Twitter/Discord/TikTok, etc.

2. Manage users on different platforms and develop long-term user ecosystem plans.

3. Define the positioning of official accounts, control user communication style, be responsible for all content publishing, and promote overall column planning.

4. Combine game goals at different stages to conduct long-term official development documentaries and in-depth producer interviews; at the same time, co-create PUGC content; create a good official account atmosphere and user topic discussions.

5. Based on product features and insights into overseas players, formulate a fan growth strategy for official accounts and promote the implementation of the plan.

6. Establish a data evaluation system for official accounts, discover insights into popular content, and build a high-quality account content ecosystem.

Who We Look For

1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 1 year of work experience related to Japanese community operation accounts; FPS game operation experience is a plus. Chinese and Japanese are the main working languages, native speakers are preferred, and good communication skills are required.

2. Understand Japanese users' media habits and community content preferences, and be a deep user of Japanese content communities.

3. Excellent content strategy and copywriting/direction skills, familiar with the gameplay and creativity of various platforms, and have a long-term passion for content.

4. Possess mature content production mechanisms and hit content methodology, have good data awareness, and continuously optimize existing content production mechanisms.

5. Familiar with FPS games, long-term FPS PC and mobile game experience is a plus.

6. Experience living and working in Japan is a plus.
