Job Summary
This role involves working with the Data analytics team to create customized HR reporting packs for the AMEA region, including HC, Attrition, and Talent Reporting. The manager will identify and remediate data inconsistencies across multiple HR systems, advise HR teams on effective process and tool usage for organizational change, and support building data/people hierarchies. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end HR Reporting Suite, championing data quality and literacy, conducting data audits, and acting as a GDPR and data privacy specialist for Europe HR.
Must Have
- Create customized HR reporting packs for AMEA region
- Identify and remediate data inconsistencies in HR systems

- Drive data quality campaigns and supervise corrective actions
- Train and communicate on data meaning, use, and implications within HR processes and systems
- Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies
- Advise on mass data upload into HR systems
- Support HRBPs with reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions
- Manage GDPR risk and compliance activities for Europe Region
- Proficiency in Workday Reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentations
- Subject matter expertise on HR Operations systems and processes
- Business process management, process design methodologies and techniques
- Detailed operational experience in managing HR data for mid to large organizations
- Experience validating HR data quality and integrity
- Ability to analyse information to reach an answer or conclusion, challenge status quo, effective problem solving
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management and change management experience

Job Description
Role purpose
- Work with the Data analytics team to create customized HR reporting packs for AMEA region
- The reporting will include HC, Attrition, Talent Reporting for the AMEA region
- Work with data from multiple HR systems either identifying where there are data inconsistencies, building plans to remediate data inconsistencies and then working with the relevant countries to deliver the plan.
- Advise HR team members at country and regional level on the effective and efficient use of processes and tools to complete organizational change across geographies, particularly for medium to large scale organizational change.
- Providing the end-to-end view of information interdependencies, change sequencing and potential impacts of mass uploads and organisational set ups.
- Support business partners with building the relevant data/people hierarchies in the HR system.
- Identify opportunities to improve the processes that feed the data into the HR system, build plans to remediate and improve the system and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as GDPR and data privacy specialist for Europe HR
Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end HR Reporting Suite for the AMEA region
- Participate in the Global team to create the global reporting solutions.
- Data quality champion – manage data quality metrics and drive data quality campaigns, supervise corrective actions.
- Data literacy champion – Train and communicate key messages on the meaning, use and implications of data within HR processes and systems.
- Data Audits – Conduct data audits on a regular basis to identify data inconsistencies between multiple systems and suggest process changes to improve data quality at source / clean up
- Mass data upload expert – Advise global and regional HR team members on the available tools, processes, and requirements to successfully complete data upload into HR systems.
- Organization structure data changes– supporting HRBPs with reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions regarding system interdependencies, data requirements, and lead times.
- GDPR Data liaison lead for EUROPE Region managing risk and compliance activities for data privacy ensuring country DPLs are maintaining compliance and delivery requirements through active set up and management of GDPR community.
- Any other activities that ensure successful completion of activities across the team
Qualifications
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
- Workday Reporting
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Subject matter expertise on HR Operations systems and processes
- Business process management, process design methodologies and techniques
Critical experience
- Detailed operational experience in managing HR data for mid to large organizations.
- Supported HR data changes for reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Been responsible to validate HR data quality and integrity and advise HR operations on data maintenance.
- Experience working with regional project teams in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to analyse information to reach an answer or conclusion, challenge status quo, effective problem solving, think end-to-end across data, technology, processes, and teams.
- High level of effective communication with ability to adapt style and language to the audience
Critical technical, professional, and personal capabilities
- HR experience qualification or 3-5 years substantial experience in HR related roles with appropriate area(s) of expertise (Diploma level)
- Proactive customer delivery focus within specific requirements and timelines
- Ability to be sensitive to regional and cultural differences while driving change implementation.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally in English at all levels of the organization especially with senior members of the HR function, any additional language a plus
- Knowledge of HR Systems – Workday knowledge desirable
- Strong project management and change management experience and capabilities
- High Level of Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Analytical and creative skills to deal with problems and opportunities.
- Detailed Operational experience in the HR operations domain across processes and systems
- Ability to be sensitive to regional and cultural differences while driving process implementation.
- Knowledge of Service levels and key metrics used to drive performance improvement.
