Business Analyst

Wix is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Business Analyst Guild. This role involves leveraging data to inform, influence, and execute business decisions across various teams. The analyst will work with large datasets, build reports and dashboards, monitor data integrity, plan and interpret A/B tests, and conduct customer analysis to optimize product features and improve business results and growth. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and proficiency in SQL and visualization tools.

Must Have

• See beyond numbers and take part in informing, influencing, supporting and executing Wix business decisions
• Be the data & analytics lead in various projects and work closely with different teams across the company
• Work with very large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
• Plan, conduct and interpret the results of A/B tests in order to optimize existing and implement new product features
• Conduct customer analysis–churn, behavior, segmentation, trends, customer value and more
• Experienced data, product, or web analyst with 3-5 years of practical experience
• Possess high-level analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of online business and approaches to analyzing online customer behavior
• Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Takes initiative and drives projects from beginning to end with minimal guidance
• Proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Fully proficient in SQL for quantitative analysis
• Hands-on experience in running and analyzing A/B Tests
