Job Summary
As a Business Application Analyst, you will lead the implementation and operation of SAP and Coupa systems, supporting PlayStation's global business. This role involves collaborating with international teams, including US headquarters and India offshore, to drive global business transformation and next-generation solutions. Key responsibilities include leading global system implementation projects, managing migration from legacy systems, and overseeing S2P solution deployment in Japan/Asia, while also handling communication with business users for maintenance and operations.
Must Have
- 2+ years of SAP or Coupa module implementation experience (concept formulation, planning, requirements definition, design, development, testing, or operation)
- Native or equivalent Japanese language proficiency
- Business level English proficiency (able to converse and correspond via email with global teams and senior stakeholders)
- Knowledge and experience in business applications for accounting, purchasing, and sales domains
- Experience in negotiation and communication with business users
Good to Have
- Experience in global system implementation
- Project Manager or Leader experience (teams of several to dozens of people)

Job Responsibilities
You will lead the implementation and operation of systems such as SAP and Coupa in the business application domain, supporting PlayStation's global business. This position is responsible for promoting global business transformation and next-generation solutions through collaboration with overseas teams, including US headquarters and India offshore locations.
Specific Job Responsibilities
- As a leader, collaborate with partners (US headquarters, India locations, etc.) to promote concept formulation, global system implementation projects, and maintenance/operation tasks.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to formulate migration plans from existing legacy systems.
- Lead the implementation project of next-generation S2P (Source to Pay) solutions in the Japan/Asia region.
- Communicate with business users during the maintenance and operation phase (prioritization of specification change requests, requirements definition, progress and delivery management).
- Manage SAP license contract cycles.
Organization Introduction
This position belongs to a team responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, and operation of business applications, primarily SAP and Coupa. To achieve globally unified business processes, we promote the optimization of enterprise systems in collaboration with US headquarters, various Asian locations, and offshore development teams.
Required Skills/Experience
Essential (MUST)
- 2+ years of experience in SAP or Coupa module implementation (concept formulation, planning, requirements definition, design, development, testing, or operation).
- Japanese: Native or equivalent level.
- English: Business level (able to converse and correspond via email with global teams and senior stakeholders).
- Knowledge and experience in business applications for accounting, purchasing, and sales domains.
- Experience in negotiation and communication with business users.
Desirable (WANT)
- Experience in global system implementation.
- Project Manager or Leader experience (teams of several to dozens of people).
