Job Description

The Quality and Efficiency (Release Management) team is seeking Backend/DevOps professionals interested in performance tuning to ensure the smooth and reliable delivery of financial products. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into performance test requirements, optimizing architecture and code, ensuring production high availability by collaborating with DevOps, designing performance test strategies, analyzing and resolving issues, and developing tools for automated performance monitoring and analysis.
Good To Have:
- Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, ali cloud)
- Experience setting up monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience with production performance testing
- Experience triaging production performance issues
- Linux performance analysis
- Experience in a distributed team
- Leverage APM for troubleshooting
Must Have:
- Find root cause of performance bottlenecks
- Troubleshoot microservice performance issues
- Java performance analysis/tuning
- Proficiency with MySQL, Mongo
- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Experience setting up test environments
- Experience with container/k8s technology
- Comfortable with Linux administration
- Drive performance, scalability, reliability
- Experience with K6, Jmeter
- Java (must), Rust (nice to have)

We manage the end-to-end release process, working closely with internal tech teams to optimize workflows, reduce release cycles, and maintain platform integrity.

Responsibilities
- Understand business/technical requirements and translate to performance test requirements
- Participate in/Drive design and implement architecture and code-level optimizations
- Closely work with devops to ensure production high availability
- Design performance test strategy to validate Load, Stability, Scalability, and Reliability standards of the application are achieved
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
- Develop tools to automate performance monitoring, testing, analyzing issues
Requirements
- Must Have
- Nice to Have
1. Ability to find the root cause of performance bottlenecks and provide solutions
2. Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting performance issues for microservice system
3. Solid java performance analysis/tuning skills
4. Proficiency with Databases – MySQL, Mongo, etc
5. Be familiar with middleware (kafka, redis, rabbitmq, etc) analysis/troubleshooting
6. Hands-on experience in setting up test environment
7. Have experience in container/k8s technology
8. Comfortable with Linux in terms of both tools and systems administration
9. Passion for driving for Performance, Scalability and Reliability of all systems
10. Proven use of Performance engineering tools (e.g. K6, Jmeter etc)
11. Language: java(must), rust(nice to have)
