- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) and external vendors to gather, track, and submit documentation.
- Support QA/QC processes by facilitating and attending inspections (e.g., FATs), compiling inspection reports, and liaising with quality personnel and clients.
- Maintain document logs, track submittals and approvals, and ensure compliance with client and industry requirements.
- Communicate with clients on documentation submissions, clarifications, and timelines.
- Support quality functions by compiling Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), inspection checklists, and delivery certifications.
- Assist in documentation and resolution of non-conformities or deviations as needed.
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical.
- 3–5 years of experience in documentation, project engineering, or quality support in an EPC or fabrication environment.
- Familiarity with ASME/API documentation requirements and basic inspection procedures (e.g., NDT, FAT).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation flows in parallel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in project documentation, technical coordination, and quality support for engineered equipment projects. This role is documentation-focused (approximately 70–80%) and is well-suited for professionals experienced in EPC, oil & gas, or mechanical project environments who can effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
