- Communicate directly with partners and stakeholders for day-to-day needs.
- Execute test cases and create test plans for ample project coverage.
- Ensure product meets industry and company standards.
- Knowledge of various platforms: PC, Console, Mobile (iOS/Android), Handhelds, Web Tools, Software, JIRA.
- Onboard new employees and create personalized development plans.
- Generate quantitative and qualitative feedback and reports for management.
- Conduct monthly evaluations and host 1:1 meetings for direct reports.
- Proficiency in QA processes and methodologies.
- Adaptability and good time management skills.
- Fluent in English for clear and precise communication.
- Strong sense of ownership for projects, company, and team growth.
