QA Tester UGC - Spanish (4 Months Contract)

Kluge Interactive is an immersive game studio that builds the future of human connection through enhanced and immersive experiences. We are best known for Synth Riders, one of the most popular VR rhythm games.

We are currently working on several new VR titles and developing games for a social UGC platform, collaborating with some of the most influential companies in VR, music, and technology.

Are you a passionate gamer with great attention to detail? Do you have experience finding bugs and glitches in video games? We are looking for a QA Tester to join our amazing team and help us deliver immersive and bug-free experiences on an existing social VR platform. You will be responsible for testing and evaluating games to identify errors, glitches, and other issues, as well as creating and maintaining detailed bug reports for the development team.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team that includes developers, game designers, sound designers, artists, and producers.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in QA testing for video games.
• Experience testing on multiple platforms (VR, desktop, mobile).
• Great attention to detail, with the ability to clearly identify, reproduce, and document bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
• Passion for video games and curiosity about game mechanics and player experience.
• Familiarity with bug and project management tools (JIRA, Asana or similar).
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and a highly collaborative environment.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with developers, designers, and other QA team members.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience in social VR or online multiplayer games.
• Experience as a QA Tester in mobile games.
• Familiarity with virtual worlds, avatars, and player interactions.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages for test automation or debugging.
• Understanding of performance testing and device-specific optimization across VR, desktop, and mobile.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Test products to identify errors, glitches, and other issues.
• Create and maintain detailed bug reports for the development team.
• Perform regression tests to ensure that issues are fully resolved and do not reappear in the game.
• Communicate with the development team to understand how features are supposed to work and create test cases.

You will be part of a larger cross-functional team, and while there will be a lot of internal QA work, you will be the only team member exclusively dedicated to performing QA on various games.
