We have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Control Team in Manila and are currently looking for a QC Tester to join the team. 

The QC Tester ensures that all game features are thoroughly tested to meet quality standards before integration. By focusing on the functionality and performance of game features, the QC Tester plays a key role in delivering a seamless user experience and supporting the successful release of the product.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure all features pass functional testing, meet specified requirements, and support seamless integration.
• Review assigned tickets and create test cases to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Contribute to test design sessions to improve test coverage and effectiveness based on past testing cycles.
• Provide regular updates on test execution progress and any changes to the testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and improve test cases based on past testing cycles and emerging game features.
• Maintain up-to-date test documentation and scripts for all products.
• Provide feedback to improve test processes and contribute to the refinement of testing methodologies.

What you will bring to the role:

• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience using JIRA for project and defect tracking
• Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Experience testing cross-browser, cross-device and accessibility testing
• Relevant testing qualifications, with at least 1 year of experience in server testing
• Gaming industry experience is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of or experience with test automation; ISTQB certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail

We primarily operate in a remote work environment; however, we appreciate a flexible approach with regards to travel to Metro Manila if required on occasion. Any changes to our remote work arrangement will be communicated with ample notice.
