Quality Assurance Representative

Tamatem is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior QA Representative to join our team and help ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile games. As a Junior QA Representative at Tamatem, you will:

•  Assist in testing web and mobile-web products [iOS and Android] to ensure they meet usability and performance standards.
•  Perform basic functional, regression, and usability testing across different browsers and devices.
•  Help debug issues by collecting logs and collaborating with developers on fixes.
•  Support the QA team in writing and maintaining clear test cases and reports.
•  Log, track, and prioritize bugs using Jira or similar tools.
•  Work closely with the product and development teams to understand feature requirements.
•  Participate in QA-related meetings such as stand-ups and sprint reviews.
•  Support release validation and sign-off processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in software quality assurance
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in web or mobile testing (even through academic or personal projects).
• Familiarity with test case management tools (such as QASE or TestRail).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a QA team.
• A passion for mobile games and understanding player needs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• ISTQB CTFL certification.
• Exposure to automation testing concepts/tools.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira.
