The Warranty Quality Engineer will document warranty process flows for customers, access warranty databases, and track product field performance and early returns. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of warranty returns, coordinating return part analysis, generating pareto charts for corrective actions, and documenting analysis reports. The role also involves tracking corrective action effectiveness, sharing lessons learned, providing warranty cost estimates for new business, validating claims, disputing debits, and coordinating improvement plans to meet targets.

Must Have:- Document warranty process flow for each customer.
- Access customer warranty database if required.
- Track product field performance and monitor early returns.
- Handle all aspects of warranty returns (log in tracker, move parts between teams, ship to suppliers/customers).
- Manage return part analysis, responsiveness and coordinate resources.
- Generate pareto charts for analysis and corrective actions.
- Document analysis reports for internal/external customers and lead reviews.
- Track and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Document and share lessons learned to the organization.
- Provide costs estimates for warranty on quotes for new business.
- Validate warranty claims and dispute debits if required.
- Coordinate improvement plans to meet targets.
- Background in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, operation management, program management or systems engineering.
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Good communication skills - oral and written.
- Leadership and team skills.
- Ability to travel as necessary to support customers.
- 3 years of experience.
- English 90% (Spoken and written).
