This role involves supporting product launches from DV, providing resources for proto/engineering builds, and offering feedback on findings. The Process Engineer will also support MQ1 and MQ2 training, improve production KPIs like OEE and FTQ, and participate in production meetings. Key responsibilities include maintaining PM schedules, conducting LSR, and reviewing capacity planning. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive industry, a technical bachelor's degree, and strong project management and problem-solving skills, along with fluency in Business English.

Must Have:- Support product launches from DV
- Provide people and equipment resources to support proto/engineering builds, capability studies
- Provide feedback on build findings, such as design/test/supplier-related issues
- Provide engineering resource to support & to be trained during MQ1 and MQ2
- Support and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production SPQVC KPIs
- Supporting team members of production meetings
- Maintain & fulfill master PM schedule & optimize machine up-time
- Plan and conduct LSR, documentation, close findings & share lesson learnt
- Review with IE on capacity planning, purchase and install equipment/tooling for capacity increase needs
- Attend the regular PDT meetings and drive a proper escalation in case of problems
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive industry
- Bachelor degree or similar with technical education
