Quality Assurance Tester (Tools)

To support the development of ambitious new projects, Quantic Dream is strengthening its R&D team and is looking for a Quality Assurance Tester (Tools). You will contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and quality assurance processes, in close collaboration with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and technical tests of internal tools developed by the R&D team;
• Identify, report, and track bugs with relevant teams to ensure their resolution;
• Assist R&D teams in delivering tools to production to ensure their stability and performance;
• Write and maintain detailed test plans (checklists) for each tool or update;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes, with a focus on test automation where possible.

Experience and Qualifications

• Solid experience in software quality assurance, ideally in video games;
• Rigour, organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for multidisciplinary teamwork;
• Knowledge of level editors (Unity, Unreal Engine) and 3D software (Maya ideally, 3ds Max appreciated);
• Python skills for test automation, an asset;
• Proficiency in bug tracking tools (Jira, Mantis, Devtrack, Test Track Pro);
• Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented, with a constant concern for continuous improvement.
