Quality Engineer

Participate in the early development of new projects and collect customer requirements for various aspects of the product. Communicate customer requirements to relevant project personnel and provide appropriate training. Evaluate quality inspection tools required for the project and provide relevant inspection tools on time. For replicate mold development, collect quality issues from old molds and provide them to the mold factory for mold opening reference. Track project progress with the project manager and monitor time nodes at each stage of the project. Monitor quality risks in the project and alert in a timely manner. Lead the analysis, tracking, resolution, and closure of client and internal quality issues during project phases. Develop and issue quality control documents for new products and train internal personnel on control methods. Monitor the completion of the special characteristic list and check the actual implementation. Supervise the site and ensure the continuous production of the first batch of new products. After internal PPAP approval, track and obtain client approval for trial assembly verification. After project mass production, track and handle new product quality issues for 3 months with the post-production quality team. Participate in client audits of the PPAP production process or first mass production process for new projects.
