In your daily job you will:
1. Manufacturing Process Quality Control Activities
2. Support in supervising quality inspector activities and assignments
3. Red Tag Control
4. Sorting/Rework of Nonconforming Product
5. Analyze Scrap
6. Investigate issues identified in our own plants
7. Provide Quality Visual Aids
8. Identify and follow up the training subjects for the inspectors
9. Data collection and Trend analysis
10. Ensure process change is identified and follow up process change process
11. Handle the Customer Quality Issue
12. Provide RMA and tracking
13. Return Material Analysis
14. Handle the Process qualification
15. Process Monitoring
16. Localized and Transferred tool qualification
17. Tooling spare part qualification
18. Tractability and labeling projects
19. Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
1. University graduate, more than 5 years relevant experience
2. Strong engineering knowledge, be familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 /IATF16949 quality system, having quality management and inspection experience
3. Good English ability, having experience for internal audit
