Nu söker vi en Customer Quality Engineer, en nyckelperson som säkerställer att våra kunder får högsta möjliga kvalitet och service. Dina arbetsuppgifter:
- Kundkontakt och kommunikation – Bygg starka kundrelationer genom tydlig och professionell dialog. Presentera tekniska utredningar och säkerställ att kundens behov tillgodoses med snabba och effektiva åtgärder.
- Driva kvalitetsutredningar – Hantera kundreklamationer genom att analysera tekniska avvikelser och leda problemlösningsprocesser.
- Säkerställa teknisk kvalitet – arbeta proaktivt i tidig projektfasen för att förbättra kvalitetssäkring och minimering av avvikelser i serieproduktion.
- Erfarenhetsåterföring – Skapa och implementera lesson learned från hanterade avvikelser samt sprida bäst praxis horisontellt i tillämpbara områden.
- Dataanalys och rapportering – Arbeta med kvalitetsstatistik (Parts per Million, Non-Conforming Report, Cost of Poor Quality) och fatta datadrivna beslut.
- Ledningsstöd och eskalering – säkerställa att tekniska och kommersiella konsekvenser kommuniceras effektivt inom organisationen.
- Processutveckling – förbättra och vidareutveckla Faiveley Nordics kvalitetsprocesser och system.
Vem vi söker:
Vi tror att du är en nyfiken och lösningsorienterad person som gillar att arbeta i team och skapa förbättringar.
- Ingenjörsutbildning (meriterande inom produktionsteknik, mekanik eller elektronik).
- Erfarenhet av industriell produktion och det är meriterande om du har arbetat inom fordons-, järnvägsbranschen eller underhållsverksamhet av fordon.
- Kunskap om kvalitetstekniker såsom QRQC, APQP, FMEA, FTA, 8D, Six Sigma, etc.
- Teknisk analysförmåga och god förståelse för ritningar.
- Starka färdigheter i MS Office och vana vid att hantera kvalitetsdata.
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
- Kundfokus och är service minded.
- Driv och initiativförmåga – du gillar att lösa problem och förbättra processer
