In this key role, you will take on the technical leadership of a dedicated production team and ensure smooth processes and the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and development of a team of approx. 10 employees in the production area
• Active participation in daily business
• Organization and planning of shifts and vacation times
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and production volumes
• Planning, control, and monitoring of the production process
• Documentation and reporting of relevant key figures
• Compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations
• Responsibility for implementing 7S standards

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or comparable)
• Additional qualification such as industrial master, foreman or comparable further training desirable
• Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Willingness to work shifts
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, and sense of responsibility
