Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies that align with business objectives. You will focus on driving quality across the application lifecycle, utilizing your expertise to enhance testing methodologies and processes, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the projects you oversee. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies and frameworks. - Proficient in defect management and resolution processes. - Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
