Quality technician - SQA

Faiveley Transport Plzeň, s.r.o., part of Wabtec, is seeking a Quality Technician - SQA for its plant in Přehýšov, which manufactures air conditioning units for rail vehicles. The role involves supporting supplier control plans, qualification, and quality tool development, monitoring corrective actions for purchased parts, managing supplier complaints, and conducting supplier audits. The ideal candidate will have a technical high school education and at least 3 years of experience in supplier quality.

Must Have

• Support in defining supplier control plans
• Support supplier qualification and development of quality tools
• Monitoring corrective and preventive measures for purchased parts in case of errors in cooperation with specialized departments
• Support SQ activity manager in preparing meetings of TOP worst suppliers
• Supplier complaints and communication with the supplier
• Performing supplier audits directly at the supplier
• High school education in a technical field
• At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality
• Reading drawing documentation and orientation in technical standards
• Very good user knowledge of computer technology
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel (performing supplier audits)
