Job Description

On a cutting-edge Bordeaux Campus, between ocean and vineyards, we design and develop systems, equipment, and services to ensure the success of our clients' airborne missions. You will join a Hardware development department within a team of 6 people in charge of development laboratories in civil and military domains. In a context of activity standardization, we seek to engage a process of increasing the maturity of our laboratories. Your role: Lead audits, develop frameworks, and monitor action plans in the laboratory.
Must Have:
  • Develop and evolve a framework, standards, and a maturity matrix.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform operational audits of laboratories and workstations.
  • Implement, animate, and monitor corrective action plans.
  • Preparing for an engineering school or university degree in QLIO, specializing in quality/continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance Process.
  • Knowledge of Office software (Office pack).
  • Knowledge of HSE audit rules 14 001 and 45 0012.
  • Knowledge of EN 9001.
  • Rigor, organization, analytical skills, proactivity, and a strong ability to propose solutions.
