Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Controller for the VCM (Military Sights and Helmets) production line, which manufactures head-up display systems and sub-assemblies for fighter aircraft or helicopter embedded systems for military programs. Responsibilities include incoming parts control from suppliers, product release through visual inspection and conformity review of manufacturing files, and continuous improvement by proposing evolutions and enhancements to control procedures.

Must Have:
  • Incoming parts control from suppliers and subcontractors following quality control sheets.
  • Product release: visual inspection, review of manufacturing file conformity, editing and signing release documents.
  • Continuous improvement: proposing evolution and improvement elements for control procedures.
  • Experience in aeronautical production with strict traceability requirements.
  • Proficiency in Office pack (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP ERP.
  • Proficiency in Lean methodology tools (Kaizen, Dojo, AIC, Kanban) in smoothed continuous flow production.

We are looking for an Incoming Technical Controller for the VCM (Military Sights and Helmets) production line, which manufactures head-up display systems and sub-assemblies for fighter aircraft or helicopter embedded systems for military programs.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

  • Incoming parts control: from our suppliers and subcontractors by following the control sheets defined by the quality managers,
  • Product release: visual inspection of products, review of the conformity of product manufacturing files, editing and signing of release documents,
  • Continuous improvement: bringing elements of evolution and improvement to control procedures.

Your profile

Do you hold a technical diploma bac+2 /+3 or equivalent, and have experience in production in the aeronautical sector with strict traceability requirements?

Do you master:

  • The use of Office pack (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP ERP
  • Lean methodology tools (Kaizen, Dojo, AIC, Kanban) in a smoothed continuous flow production
  • And if possible, airworthiness constraints, BDDP tools and the Qubes anomaly module?
