Job Description

Neostella is seeking a driven DevOps Engineer to join their hyper-growth team. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure with IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation, and monitoring production systems on AWS. The engineer will collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and security, manage cloud infrastructure, and support incident response. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential for this dynamic, cloud-native environment.
Must Have:
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software deployment
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and security
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, and containers
  • Support incident response and maintenance tasks to provide reliable application performance
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar
  • Strong familiarity with AWS services and Azure
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of networking, security best practices, and system monitoring tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

Key Responsibilities:
