Must have:
  • Coordinate, document, and monitor continuous improvement projects within the supply chain
  • Collect and document departmental performance metrics
  • Update warehouse operating procedures and process flow diagrams
  • Lead and participate in self-directed team projects (PDCA/DMAIC)
  • Coordinate and organize the implementation of training programs for warehouse processes
  • Support compliance-related processes for certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEA-CTPAT
  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college
  • Graduating with a bachelor degree between June 2026
  • Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

  • Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English level

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree between June 2026.
  • Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field**.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good teamwork skills.
