Job Description
The R&D Trainee/Apprentice/VIE will contribute to the development of an innovative pixelated lighting product. Key responsibilities include conducting correlation studies between theoretical performance estimates and physical measurements on production parts, identifying discrepancies, and analyzing their causes with expert support to implement corrections. Additionally, the role involves studying the impact of thermal pad weld defects on system performance and LED reliability, and proposing production control solutions.

As part of the development of an innovative pixelated lighting product (> 20000 pixels), the intern will be responsible for the following activities:
1 - Correlation studies between theoretical performance estimates made during the development phase, and physical measurements made on parts produced on the production line. Identify correlation gaps and carry out analyzes, with the support of company experts, to understand their causes and identify corrections to apply.
2 - Study the impact on system performance and reliability of the pixelated monolithic LED of defects in the realization of the thermal pad weld. Propose solutions for production control in production.
