Playtech‘s Site Operations unit is looking for a proactive Receptionist with excellent communication skills. 

Your influential mission. You will...

• Deliver the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards 
• Answer the phone and transfer calls in a professional manner 
• Monitor and manage stationery and refreshment stock levels 
• Manage post 
• Organise catering for meetings and internal events 
• Cooperate with the building reception and security team 
• Book visitors and contractors in with main building reception and issue Playtech passes  
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance needs of the office, including primary liaison with all office suppliers 
• Booking taxis and couriers as required

• Have excellent communication skills 
• Have previous administrative experience
• Have excellent attention to detail, a warm and friendly disposition 
• Have strong skills in Outlook and Excel 
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Have an impeccable telephone manner and excellent written skills
