Job Description

CoinTracker is seeking a Recruiter to find, attract, and hire exceptional talent to help achieve its mission of enabling everyone to use crypto with peace of mind. The role involves owning hiring pipelines, galvanizing stakeholders, and driving insights to improve hiring processes. Key responsibilities include meeting hiring goals, achieving a high offer-to-close rate, and reducing time to hire. The company is a globally distributed team building foundational tools in the cryptocurrency space, having generated over 1 million tax forms and tracking over $80 billion in cryptocurrency.

The starting salary for this position is between $128,000 and $160,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
