About the Role:
Fanatee is seeking a detail-oriented and culturally fluent Regional Editor to refine and localize content for the Australian market. In this part-time, freelance role, you’ll help ensure in-game content feels authentic, engaging, and appropriate for Australian players.

Responsibilities:
- Review and localize in-game content, ensuring it reflects Australian English and cultural nuances.
- Review upcoming puzzles and game cycles for relevance, tone, and clarity for the local audience.
- Curate and input culturally relevant quotes or references for localized in-game features.
- Provide actionable feedback and editorial insight to improve player experience.
- Collaborate with the content team to define and maintain editorial standards for Australian English.

Requirements:
- Native fluency in Australian English and deep familiarity with Australian culture, idioms, and slang.
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, and usage specific to Australia.
- Degree in Communications, Linguistics, Spanish Language, Writing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in content editing, localization, or game content is a plus.
- Passion for word games, language, and cultural storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
