Activities
- Participate in brainstorms with UA and Product squads and propose ideas for short videos (scripts, hooks, memes).
- Assist in the production of vertical content with a smartphone, including recording and appearing in front of the cameras, applying basic techniques of composition, lighting, and audio.
- Support video editing in CapCut or Premiere and apply animated titles, stickers, other animations, and dynamic cuts in After Effects.
- Publish, schedule, and interact with the community on Fanatee's TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts accounts.
- Monitor metrics (views, engagement, CTR, CPI) and suggest weekly adjustments to creatives.
- Seek UGC from players and adapt it for new organic or paid media pieces.
- Monitor trends and benchmarks of mobile creators, bringing fresh insights to the routine.
Requirements
- Currently studying Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Design, or related fields (3rd to 6th semester).
- Passion for social media, pop culture, and creativity.
- Basic knowledge of mobile video capture and editing (CapCut, Premiere).
- Comfort in front of cameras and a sense of humor for trends.
- Notions of graphic design (typography and composition).
- Interest in motion design with After Effects.
- Reside in Greater São Paulo and have availability for in-person meetings when necessary.
Differentiators
- Personal experience creating content for TikTok/Reels or managing public accounts.
- Familiarity with mobile games or the gamer community.
- Interest in light automation (CapCut templates, presets, generative AI).
- English to follow global creator briefings and trends.
