Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for building the strategy for their region, aligning planning with other commercial regions and directing the team. They will lead a team of executives to achieve significant sell-in, sell-out, and market share results. This includes leading strategic and tactical initiatives, supporting the team in meetings, managing accounts, performing analytical diagnostics and developing solutions to boost sales and market share.   • Bachelor's degree.

  • Proficiency in Office Package and Power BI.

Gerente Regional
 

Garantir a construição da estratégia de sua região, alinhando o planejamento com demais regiões comerciais e direcionando o time. Seus direcionamentos impactam diretamente seu time, os clientes atendidos pelo time e também o resultado de seu canal no Canal de Redes e Associativismo:


Principais responsabilidades:  

  • Responsável por liderar e gerenciar uma equipe de executivos para alcançar resultados significativos de sell in, sell out e market share em clientes de médio porte em uma região específica.
  • Liderar iniciativas estratégicas e táticas na região, influenciando gerentes juniores em áreas internas como trade marketing e gestão de categoria, assegurando a execução eficaz com coordenadores de equipe no campo.
  • Suportar o time no planejamento e condução de reuniões internas e com clientes, incluindo revisões de Planos de Negócios Conjuntos (Joint Business Plan) e canais, negociando diretamente com gerentes seniores;
  • Planejar, conduzir e suportar diáriamente o time na gestão de contas, abrangendo estoque, negociações, fluxo de caixa e monitoramento de pagamentos;
  • Realizar diagnósticos analíticos e desenvolver soluções que impulsionem resultados de vendas e market share, mantendo uma visão holística e macro do comportamento da região e das atividades dos concorrentes.
