Nolimit City seeks a Regional Specialist for LATAM to manage clients, handle daily requests, ensure client satisfaction, collaborate with internal teams, achieve revenue targets, build relationships, gather data and insights, upsell products, work with commercial and compliance teams, and perform effectively with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include managing multiple clients, handling daily workload and client requests, ensuring client satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams, achieving revenue targets, building client relationships, gathering data and insights, and upselling existing clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, have experience in online gambling (especially online slots and B2B), and be comfortable with client interaction and travel.

Regional Specialist LATAM -

Nolimit City | Malta (or Remote)

Nolimit City is currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Specialist to join our expanding client management team in Malta. We are a young and energetic team looking for talented individuals who can enhance our customer relations and capitalize on commercial opportunities, with specific focus on the ever-growing Latin American gambling scene.

The Regional Specialist role is crucial to Nolimit's ongoing success in LATAM. We prioritize personalized client management and value customer satisfaction above all else. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support in all situations and be the dedicated spokesperson, both internally within the group and client facing, and see Nolimit City grow to new heights.

Who you are

  • You possess strong work ethics, a proactive and outgoing nature, and a natural aptitude for sales, while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • You have prior experience in online gambling, particularly online slots and the B2B field.
  • You have a keen interest in staying informed about the gaming industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred, but fluency in either sole language will be considered.
  • You are comfortable using the phone and enjoy building relationships through regular client meetings, company events, and industry conferences.
  • You are available to travel when required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple clients in a professional and organized manner.
  • Handle daily workload and client requests, and keep clients updated on documentation and product roadmap.
  • Ensure client satisfaction while maximizing business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the group to help maximise Nolimit’s reach.
  • Achieve client revenue targets in line with company forecasts.
  • Build trust and relationships with key client influencers and decision-makers.
  • Work with clients to gather data and insights on product performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitor analysis.
  • Upsell existing clients on new products and premium offerings and expand product footprint within their business.
  • Work closely with commercial & compliance teams towards overseeing the entry to market and cross analysis on market-to-market certification costs.
  • Perform effectively with minimal supervision as skills and knowledge develop.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
