Haleon, a leading global consumer health company, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Sr Associate. This role involves providing regulatory support for product portfolios, including innovation projects and record maintenance, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and applicable regulations. Key responsibilities include commercializing products optimally, maintaining product portfolio compliance, acting as a liaison with local regulators and industry associations, collaborating with internal teams like Marketing and Sales, and providing regulatory insights for portfolio strategies and process improvements.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs for drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics
  • Advanced English proficiency

El Regulatory Affairs Sr Associate se encarga de brindar soporte en Asuntos Regulatorios para el portafolio tanto en proyectos de innovación como mantenimiento de registros definidos cumpliendo los lineamientos y procedimientos internos, así como la normatividad aplicable.

 

Principales responsabilidades: 

  • Asegurar que los productos dentro de su alcance puedan ser comercializados en el mercado con un óptimo cumplimiento en línea con los planes e intereses comerciales.
  • Asegurar que el portafolio de productos mantenga y cumpla los requerimientos internos y externos.
  • Actuar como una voz responsable de Haleon frente a los reguladores locales, asociaciones de industria, asociaciones comerciales y otros organismos reguladores externos.
  • Ser un socio productivo y efectivo del equipo regulatorio local y ser un aliado para las otras áreas interesadas (MKT, Ventas, Suministro, etc.).
  • Proporcionar información sólida y aplicable sobre estrategias regulatorias de innovación y mantenimiento del portafolio, así como para actividades de mejora/cumplimiento de procesos dentro del alcance definido.

Tus calificaciones: 

  • Licenciatura en Química Farmacéutica o disciplinas afines
  • 5+ años de experiencia en Asuntos Regulatorios de Medicamentos, Dispositivos Médicos y Cosméticos, en la industria farmacéutica y de consumo y todos los temas sanitarios relacionados. 
  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Orientación al cliente y a los resultados
  • Apertura al dialogo y negociación
  • Conocimiento normativo, técnico y legal
  • Conocimiento y gestión de proyectos
