This role involves managing the renewal process from quote to purchase order, engaging with customers via phone and email, addressing objections, responding to inquiries promptly, and logging interactions in Salesforce. The analyst will handle approximately 150 renewals per quarter, requiring a good understanding of Flexera products and support plans, while adhering to service level expectations. The position may require working North America or EMEA hours.
Must have:
  • Manage renewal process from quote to purchase order
  • Engage with customers via phone and email for renewals
  • Handle customer objections professionally
  • Respond to customer emails within one business day
  • Log all customer interactions in Salesforce.com
  • Handle ~150 renewals per quarter
  • Understand Flexera products and support plans
  • Adhere to service level expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Good to have:
  • Experience in Operations, Order Processing, or Renewals
  • May be asked to work EMEA or North America hours

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Renewal Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the renewal process from quote to obtaining the purchase order.  This involves:
    • Engaging with customers using phone, email, or other media, on their upcoming renewals
    • Delicately but professionally working through customer objections to secure on-time renewals
    • Responding to customer emails and requests within one business day of receipt
    • Logging all customer interactions in Salesforce.com
  • Once fully trained, expect to work with approximately 150 renewals per quarter
  • Have a high-level understanding of Flexera products and be able to clearly communicate our various support plans
  • Adhere to and follow all service level expectations
  • May be asked to work EMEA or North America hours

  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience preferably in Operations, Order Processing or Renewals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language skills:  English.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.
