They are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting & Metrics Analyst for their R&D department. This role involves designing and managing reporting infrastructure to provide operational clarity and accountability across the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams, leveraging deep Domo expertise, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Jira and Agile workflows to build clean dashboards and automate reporting.
Must have:
  • Design, build, and maintain key dashboards in Domo supporting SDLC tracking, release health, and adoption metrics
  • Own and maintain Jira reporting hygiene by ensuring consistent tagging, statuses, and structure for epics and stories
  • Develop custom SQL queries to support calculated metrics, dataset joins, and audit flags
  • Monitor dashboard freshness, proactively alerting teams to data inconsistencies or missing input
  • Track planning and execution metrics for product requirements, including status, ownership, and release eligibility
  • Surface progress on internal communications deliverables such as product updates, launch decks, and customer-facing enablement content
  • Create visibility into tool usage (e.g., internal support agents, documentation platforms) and user adoption metrics
  • Partner with PMM to define standard reporting for quarterly planning, user conference readiness, and release briefings
  • Drive automation of reporting workflows wherever possible to reduce manual lift
  • Deliver recurring reporting packages to R&D and cross-functional leadership
Good to have:
  • Experience reporting on product development, SDLC, or Agile delivery metrics
  • Background supporting GTM deliverables or product marketing functions
  • Familiarity with support analytics or customer experience tools (e.g., Zendesk, internal AI agents)
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting & Metrics Analyst to join our team within the R&D department. This role will design and manage reporting infrastructure that powers operational clarity and delivery accountability across the product development lifecycle. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to deliver real-time visibility into requirement tracking, release readiness, adoption of internal tools, and the status of go-to-market assets. The ideal candidate has deep Domo expertise, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Jira schema and Agile workflows. You should be passionate about building clean dashboards, surfacing actionable metrics, and enabling scale through automation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of analytics or reporting experience in a software, product, or data operations environment
  • Strong hands-on experience building dashboards in Domo
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to query and manipulate complex datasets
  • Familiarity with Jira data structures, issue hierarchies, and Agile workflows
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data quality, reporting integrity, and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for surfacing insights and enabling stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance priorities in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience reporting on product development, SDLC, or Agile delivery metrics
  • Background supporting GTM deliverables or product marketing functions
  • Familiarity with support analytics or customer experience tools (e.g., Zendesk, internal AI agents)
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
