O time de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento é responsável por receber as matérias primas para a produção dos materiais de atrito, pelo desenvolvimento das formulações e garantir a qualidade do produto. A equipe trabalha com fornecedores, time produtivo e time de qualidade.
Como você irá fazer a diferença?
Como membro do time de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento, você será responsável por acompanhar o processo de liberação das matérias primas utilizadas no processo de fabricação para garantir a qualidade do material recebido, participar do desenvolvimento de novos materiais e acompanhar a realização de ensaios de verificação dos produtos desenvolvidos e produzidos.
O que queremos saber sobre você?
- Cursando Química, Engenharia Química, Biocombustivéis, Engenharia Ambiental e areas afins;
- Conhecimento básico em Inglês;
- Conhecimento intermediário em pacote office.
Como será o seu dia-a-dia?
- Acompanhar o recebimento das matérias primas que chegam na empresa (ensaios, registros e identificações);
- Participar e acompanhar o desenvolvimento de materiais de atrito;
- Acompanhar ensaios para o desenvolvimento de novas matérias primas;
- Acompanhar processo produtivo;
- Acompanhar ensaios físico-químicos em produtos acabados para validação dos novos produtos e processos;
- Acompanhar relatórios para registro dos produtos e processos analisados;
- Participar das atividades de melhoria contínua da empresa.
