As a Research Manager at YouGov, you’ll deliver sharp, actionable insights to some of the world’s biggest names in tech and social media. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident navigating client relationships, managing complex fieldwork, and turning research into real-world impact—all within a team that’s known for methodological excellence.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored research approaches
  • Oversee fieldwork from start to finish—managing suppliers, timelines, incentives, and quality control
  • Analyze survey results and craft reports that highlight key insights and next steps
  • Present findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence
  • Ensure client satisfaction while maintaining YouGov’s high standards of ethics and professionalism

For roles based in California, New York, Colorado or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000 USD

Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and additional benefits. All US based full time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
