Job Summary
ByteDance's Doubao Vision team is seeking a Research Scientist with expertise in generative AI and computer vision. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas like text-to-image/video/3D generation, image/video/3D generation, diffusion models, GANs, transformers for generation tasks, large-scale training, RLHF, and generative AI. This role involves conducting cutting-edge research, developing innovative technologies, and transferring them to ByteDance products. You will also have the opportunity to explore new products leveraging artificial intelligence. This position requires strong coding skills in C/C++ and Python, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Must Have

Job Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $205000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
