Job Summary
The Doubao (Seed) Vision AI Platform team seeks a Research Scientist Graduate (PhD) to start in 2025. Responsibilities include designing and developing next-generation large model inference engines, optimizing GPU cluster performance for image/video generation, leading inference optimization (CUDA/Triton, TensorRT, quantization), building GPU inference acceleration stacks, and collaborating with algorithm teams. The role involves working with Transformer architectures, LLMs, and diffusion models for industrial-grade low-latency, high-throughput deployment.
Must Have
- Design and develop inference engines

- Proficient in C++/Python

Job Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187040 - $358000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
