Job Summary
The Server Silicon Design and Application Team at ByteDance is seeking an Analog and Mixed Signal Design Engineer in Singapore. This role involves leading analog design of complex IPs for SoCs, determining optimal product solutions, and conducting design from definition to product in advanced process nodes. Key responsibilities include designing PLL, ADC/DAC, DC/DC, LDO, Amplifier, Reference generator, Temp sensor, Voltage monitor, and Power detector, contributing to high-performance, energy-efficient, and reliable CPUs for data center servers.
Must Have
- MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in analog/ mixed signal design.
- Experience in modeling and simulating complex systems.
- Experience in IP design, for example PLL, DC/DC, LDO, Bandgap, Amplifier, ADC/DAC.
- Experience in Cadence design tool.
- Supervise Layout.
Good to Have
- Solid Knowledge of device physics.
- Understand CPU environment and need for analog IPs.

Responsibilities
1. Lead analog design of complex IPs for SoC
2. Determine best solution for the product
3. Conduct design from definition to product in advanced process nodes.
