Job Summary
ByteDance's Doubao Team is actively seeking a Research Scientist to contribute to the development of cutting-edge large language models (LLMs). As a member of this team, you'll be at the forefront of research, optimizing systems and exploring novel applications. Responsibilities include: exploring large-scale models, data construction and instruction tuning, implementing applications for content generation, reasoning, and code generation, and delving into future life usage scenarios. Ideal candidates possess strong coding skills, familiarity with NLP and CV algorithms, and experience in large-scale model training and reinforcement learning. Prior experience leading projects or publishing papers in the field of large-scale models is highly valued.
Must Have

Job Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $355000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
