Our Recruitment team is on the lookout for a new teammate to help us with our daily tasks! If you speak both Polish and English fluently, have great organizational skills, and enjoy assisting with recruitment processes... then we’d love to meet you!

Daily responsibilities

• Identifying and sourcing potential candidates using mainly Linkedin and other proprietary recruitment tools.
• Supporting the Recruitment team in administrative tasks related to hiring processes.
• Preparing and publishing job ads. 
• Screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Handling communication with candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English. 
• Interest in talent acquisition.
• Experience in supporting recruitment processes preferably in sourcing/searching candidates in recruitment agency/inhouse.
• Good command of Linkedin search features and willingness to explore it.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive attitude.
• Meticulous to everyday tasks, especially when it comes to sourcing the candidates.
• Excellent time-management skills and strong communication skills will help you thrive in this role.

Nice to have

• Interest in video games. 
• Interest in AI and/or data analysis in recruitment.
• Graduate of HR Management/Psychology/Social Science or students in their final years.

Working mode

• Office-First: working primarily in the Warsaw studio in a full time or hybrid mode (obligatory on site 3 days per week).
• Full time or 4/5 job.
