Job Summary

Join Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar, as a dedicated Reservation Agent within the Accor network. You will manage all reservations across various channels, optimize room sales, and provide exceptional guest service. This role involves accurate data entry, effective inter-departmental communication, and resolving guest concerns to ensure seamless experiences and maximize occupancy and revenue. We seek a customer-oriented individual passionate about hospitality.

Must Have

  • Handle all reservations through various channels (phone, fax, internet, email)
  • Optimize room sales in line with hotel sales policy and brand standards
  • Provide a warm welcome and assist guests with inquiries and requests
  • Manage the reservation process, following brand-specific procedures
  • Enter reservation details accurately and efficiently into the system
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences
  • Confirm reservations and handle written communications professionally
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel promotions, packages, and special offers
  • Assist in maximizing room occupancy and revenue
  • Resolve guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally
  • Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar customer service role
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems, preferably Opera or similar platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Guest-focused personality with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
