Job Description

A cook's assistant with us…

• participates in the preparation of dishes in the kitchen
• ensures the quality of dishes and take-out orders
• manages their work area and ensures it is always clean and safe
• receives merchandise and ensures the rotation of received merchandise
• cleans equipment

Les Rôtisseries St-Hubert has over 120 restaurants, mainly franchised, in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick. Our call center receives over 2 million requests each year.

St-Hubert also excels in the market for manufacturing and processing fresh, dehydrated, and frozen products thanks to the acquisitions of Meilleures Marques and Maître Saladier (St-Hubert Retail). We now have two factories located in Boisbriand and Blainville, as well as a brand new distribution center, over 100,000 square feet, located in Mascouche. We distribute over 500 products to our rotisseries, but also to our 3000 points of sale across Canada.
