- Supporting the product quality assurance process to ensure their quality complies with required standards
- Analyzing and controlling products at the claims stage from internal or external customers, identifying the root cause, and taking appropriate corrective and preventive actions
- Close cooperation with teams from various departments, such as internal and external sales and the warehouse
- Performing tasks with a strong customer focus and within defined business processes
Ideal candidate profile
- You have good technical knowledge, especially in mechanics or hydraulics
- You know quality measurement tools (e.g., calipers)
- You have a strong customer focus
- You are able to communicate effectively in English
- You have highly developed analytical thinking skills
- You take responsibility for assigned tasks and show initiative
