You will be part of the Flowmon Manufacturing Team, responsible for the end-to-end process of product installation, virtual appliance licensing, and renewals. As a Revenue Operations member, your role will include creating hardware protocols, performing quality checks, and assisting with product shipments. You will also handle related administrative tasks using internal systems and tools to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

In this role, you will:

• Be a member of a Flowmon Manufacturing Team 

• Primary focus on product installation, licensing & quality check  

• Lift loads up to 50 kg

• Create HW protocols for the manufacturing team  

• Work on VA licensing and renewals  

• Provide shipping assistance  

• Secondary focus on administrative tasks related to your primary goals.  

• Use internal processes and relevant software systems to complete administrative tasks 

Your background:

• Proficiency with Windows and basic Linux knowledge.

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Fluent written and spoken Czech

• Experience with customer communication via email

• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail

• Excellent MS Office skills

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

• Must be able to collaborate with others and work well in a team

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
