If you are a well-rounded digital marketing professional with experience within demand and lead generation, come join us. We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Global Demand Generation team and support our ShareFile product portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns and be responsible for achieving the goals for reach, leads and pipeline.
- Lead the cross-functional tactical planning and alignment between the Go-to-Market teams (Product Marketing, Strategic Awareness, Field Marketing and Sales) to design multi-channel campaigns that support the Go-to-Market strategy.
- Collaborate with the Go-to-Market teams to ensure the execution, measurement, reporting and results of the marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Sales and the Marketing analytics team on monitoring lead volume, quality, follow up process, conversion rates, etc. to identify opportunities to increase lead to deal conversion rate.
- Collaborate with PMK to ensure input needed by tactical teams is ready and available: information on the target personas, product messaging and key assets.
- Collaborate with PMK and Strategic Awareness to ensure the planning and creation of content needed for programs for every stage of the buyer journey
- Collaborate with the Web & Ecommerce Manager on designing business requirements for improvements in the web journeys
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing SEO & Search Engine Ads teams to design the strategy, analyze data, make recommendations for optimizations, project manage improvements and measure performance and impact on the business
- Evaluate, propose, and manage outside vendors (e.g., technology partners, data providers, agencies) to support successful execution of marketing activities.
Your background:
- 6+ years of experience and a proven track record in designing and delivering campaigns that engage and convert
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and 4+ years of experience in managing SEM campaigns
- Knowledge in managing SEO, email and/or display and paid social advertising campaigns is considered a big plus
- Experience with leveraging data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to the Go-to-Market strategy
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales
- Experience in handling projects with multiple stakeholders successfully and delivering within timelines.
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Curiosity, self-drive and attention to detail
