Job Description

This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing data-driven demand generation campaigns to achieve goals for reach, leads, and pipeline. The Campaign Manager will lead cross-functional tactical planning with Go-to-Market teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration for multi-channel campaigns. Responsibilities include monitoring lead volume, quality, and conversion rates, collaborating on content creation for the buyer journey, and working with digital marketing teams for SEO and search engine ads. The role also involves evaluating and managing outside vendors to support marketing activities.

  • Ensure input from PMK (target personas, product messaging, assets) is ready.
  • Plan and create content for programs for every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Design business requirements for web journey improvements.
  • Design strategy, analyze data, and manage improvements for Digital Marketing SEO & Search Engine Ads.
  • Evaluate, propose, and manage outside vendors for marketing activities.
  • 6+ years of experience in designing and delivering campaigns.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing SEM campaigns.
  • Experience with leveraging data and insights in marketing plans.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales.
  • Experience in handling projects with multiple stakeholders successfully.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.

If you are a well-rounded digital marketing professional with experience within demand and lead generation, come join us. We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Global Demand Generation team and support our ShareFile product portfolio.

In this role, you will:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns and be responsible for achieving the goals for reach, leads and pipeline.
  • Lead the cross-functional tactical planning and alignment between the Go-to-Market teams (Product Marketing, Strategic Awareness, Field Marketing and Sales) to design multi-channel campaigns that support the Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market teams to ensure the execution, measurement, reporting and results of the marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and the Marketing analytics team on monitoring lead volume, quality, follow up process, conversion rates, etc. to identify opportunities to increase lead to deal conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with PMK to ensure input needed by tactical teams is ready and available: information on the target personas, product messaging and key assets.
  • Collaborate with PMK and Strategic Awareness to ensure the planning and creation of content needed for programs for every stage of the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with the Web & Ecommerce Manager on designing business requirements for improvements in the web journeys
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing SEO & Search Engine Ads teams to design the strategy, analyze data, make recommendations for optimizations, project manage improvements and measure performance and impact on the business
  • Evaluate, propose, and manage outside vendors (e.g., technology partners, data providers, agencies) to support successful execution of marketing activities.

Your background:

  • 6+ years of experience and a proven track record in designing and delivering campaigns that engage and convert
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and 4+ years of experience in managing SEM campaigns
  • Knowledge in managing SEO, email and/or display and paid social advertising campaigns is considered a big plus
  • Experience with leveraging data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to the Go-to-Market strategy
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales
  • Experience in handling projects with multiple stakeholders successfully and delivering within timelines.
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Curiosity, self-drive and attention to detail
