Job Description

Coupa is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner to support its renewals business. This role involves managing renewals forecasting, analyzing retention trends, supporting strategic projects, and preparing data for leadership reporting. The position is critical for ensuring visibility, insights, and planning to drive sustainable growth, playing a key role in forecasting performance, identifying risks, and informing high-level company decisions. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys data, problem-solving, and contributing to strategic growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Must have:
  • Build and maintain accurate renewals forecasts with both near-term and long-range outlooks.
  • Monitor and report on renewal performance, highlighting key risks, trends, and insights.
  • Analyze historical data to support planning and future-year modeling.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to align forecasts and identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare materials for executive reporting, including board presentations and business reviews.
  • Support budget planning, quota tracking, and performance reporting, and participate in cross-functional renewal process improvements.
  • 5-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional quantitative MS Excel skills (i.e. sum-ifs, index/match, vlookup, table formulas, and pivot tables).
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce and with BI/reporting tools (Sigma or Anaplan).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic RevOps environment.
Good to have:
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses is preferred.

The Impact of a Renewals Revenue Operations Analyst at Coupa:

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner to join our growing team, with a focus on supporting our renewals business. In this role, you’ll work across teams to help manage renewals forecasting, analyze retention trends, support strategic projects, and prepare data for leadership reporting.

Renewals are a critical part of Coupa’s recurring revenue model, and your work will help ensure we have the visibility, insights, and planning needed to drive sustainable growth. You’ll play a key role in forecasting performance, identifying risks, and contributing to data that informs decisions at the highest levels of the company.

What You'll Do:
